DELIVERABLES

SUSTAINSafe Digital Handbook

To ensure an innovative and practical learning resource, partners conducted a literature review and collected 100 questionnaire responses from VET learners, SMEs, and industry experts on agro-hazardous waste handling, sustainability challenges, risk management, policy gaps, and technological needs.

This data shaped a skills map guide, ensuring the SUSTAINSafe Digital Handbook directly addresses knowledge gaps and industry demands. Erenler leads the development of this 80-page interactive handbook, designed as a dynamic, multimedia-rich educational tool. It will feature interactive infographics, real-world case studies, expert interviews, and self-assessment quizzes to enhance engagement and retention.

Each chapter focuses on practical, forward-thinking solutions:

  • Understanding Agro-Hazardous Waste & Its Environmental Impact – Erenler

  • Sustainable Strategies & Circular Economy Approaches – Erenler

  • Smart Waste Management: Digital & Data-Driven Solutions – Smart Agro Hub

  • Safety Protocols, Risk Mitigation & Compliance with EU Regulations – RMR I.K.E.

  • Innovative Technologies: AI, IoT & Smart Sensors in Waste Management – SUDOTIM

The handbook will be available in English, Romanian, Greek, and Turkish, audio-supported, with video tutorials and interactive elements, ensuring accessibility for neurodiverse learners. It will be freely accessible via the project website, Erasmus+ Project Results Platform, and EPALE, serving as a modern, adaptive training tool for long-term impact in VET and sustainable agriculture.
