Day 2 of the SUSTAINSafe LTTA Successfully Completed in Larissa, Greece!

The second day of the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) of the Erasmus+ project “SUSTAINSafe – Agro Hazardous Waste Education for a SUSTAINable and Safer Future” focused on practical aspects of safe agro-hazardous waste management and sustainable agricultural practices.
Participants from Greece, Romania and Türkiye worked together on key topics including:
🧪 Safe Handling & Storage of Chemicals
🏷️ CLP Labelling Requirements and Application
♻️ Waste Collection, Segregation and Disposal Methods
🌍 Circular Economy Models in Agriculture
🌱 Waste Reduction and Sustainability Strategies
The day concluded with an interactive group activity, where participants collaborated to design innovative and sustainable waste management solutions, applying the knowledge and skills gained throughout the training sessions.
💡 Through discussion, teamwork and exchange of experiences, participants explored how safer waste management practices can contribute to environmental protection, occupational safety and a more sustainable agricultural sector.
